Soap and Glory- Flake Away Review !

FLAKE AWAY EXFOLIATOR

I think it's fair to say that I might be in love with this product, I was given Flake Away along with a mini Hand Food as a present by a friend. I usually use my Avon Planet Spa exfoliator pretty damn religiously but I tried Flake Away and loved it so much that I practically threw my Avon one out there's no contest between them !

It comes in a huge container that is all pink and lovely and it has a cute little phrase on the lid. I find the packaging for Soap and Glory very inconvenient because of the size and shape but I am prepared to over look that fact because I just love the product so so so much!

It smells amazing and I could recognise the scent very quickly as it smells like many other products from the range. It contains sugar as the exfoliant which I like because I am not a huge fan of salt scrubs. It also has lots of shea butter to make your skin feel soft and moisturised. As much as I love this product I would not recommend every day use as it is quite harsh and could damage your skin if used to often.

I find it it very good for getting rid of the occasional razor burn spot and is very good at removing the bumps that I get on my upper arms.     



I would highly recommend this to everyone.

LUSH- Bubblegum Lip Scrub

I think it's fair to say that we all love Lush!

If you have no idea what I'm talking about then you must be living in cave; Lush is a company dedicated to making fresh, handmade cosmetics that are free of chemicals and unnatural, nasty ingredients that are bad for your skin. Most of their products are Vegan and none of them are tested or animals and all the ingredients are healthy for or planet.

They sell bath bombs, bath melts, bubble bars, hair products, skin products, perfumes (Pretty much the whole shhibang!) They all smell amazing and are great for your skin and hair.

Bubblegum Lip Scrub

Lush's Bubblegum Lip Scrub is possibly one of the first Lush things I tried from their range almost 2 years ago when I started to get into Lush products. I think it's fair to say that I have repurchased this item well over 3 times.                                                                                             

 

 

It is a beautiful pink colour and it smells like sweeties and candyfloss. It keeps your lips feeling soft and moisturised and scrubs away any pieces of dry skin on your lips. Its always handy to keep one in your handbag especially in the winter because the cold weather really dries out your lips. Its important to have good lips in nice condition because your lips are the first feature your eye is drawn to. So if you are wanting to make an impression healthy lips are a must.

 

I have also tried the Popcorn Lip Scrub from Lush and I found that the Bubblegum Lip Scrub is a lot less abrasive but still exfoliates well.

 

 

 

It is 100% Vegan and has fresh, natural ingredients. I would really recommend this to anyone who suffers from cracked lips as it really helps with moisturising and protecting your lips.
